The Benro HVC FLEXPOD, offers a patented multi-function center column that provides both horizontal and vertical center column positioning. In the standard vertical position, the column is retracted into the center of the main casting to ensure and maintain center gravity (essential for vibration free and centered weight displacement). In the horizontal position, the center column offers the freedom to position the camera in difficult or limited access areas. It also provides a perfect way to clear the legs of the tripod when photographing flat art or similar subjects.
The Benro HVC FLEXPOD is available in C-series Carbon Fibre or A-series Aluminum.
The Carbon Fibre version (new C-series) features Benro's latest 2nd generation 8-layer 3-D carbon fiber tube technology. The carbon fibre tubes are 1.0mm in thickness yet perform with the highest intensity of strength and rigidity. They achieved this amazing increase in overall strength by incorporating the latest rolling and compression manufacturing technique.
