We strive to supply the best selection of photographic products to our customers. However, if any item you receive does not meet your expectations or if you have changed your mind about any item ordered, please simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted.

Please send an email to service@photopal.co.uk before you sending any items back. You will then receive return instruction from us and please follow the instruction. Items should be unused and 'as new' and in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation when returned to us. We suggest that you use a recorded insured delivery method as we can not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred in transit back to us.

Refund will be issued immediately after goods returned being verified by us satisfactorily. Please note that delivery cost is not refundable unless we have agreed otherwise.

Products are inspected prior despatch to ensure the goods are of consistent kind and quality. If however you think any item you receive is faulty or wrongly supplied please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
